Creating Your Event Design With The Calla Lily Event Planning

When dreaming of your big day only you know what your vision is and what you have imagined it to be. You might be thinking how do I even begin to explain what I want for my wedding to a wedding planner so they can completely understand us as a couple? Well, I have a whole process that I do with my couples and it really helps with the whole event design. Each design is carefully curated and designed to your unique couple's style.

Hands down this is my favorite part of the planning process because I really get to know you as a couple. I feel as though the event design process helps builds a connection that is truly amazing! It makes it so much sweeter to see the final design all come to life on your big day! Bringing your vision to life through my design process is something that I truly enjoy doing! The best part for me is seeing you finally see the vision come to life on the day of your wedding! It just fills my heart with so much joy!

The whole process typically takes about 11-13 weeks to complete. The designs are always different and are completely inspired by each unique couple and their love stories and personalities. I like to focus on the details that will tell your story at your wedding and bring out your personalities through the food, drinks, décor, etc. I create the design but the couple always has the final say. This is something I build from a couple's "Couple Style" and incorporate their interests, favorite colors, special moments, etc.
