  • Your hair and makeup team needs to know when you need to be ready to go for photos so they can plan their start time and prepare the right number of needed stylists to accommodate you and your bridal party.

  • Your catering team needs to know how many quests will be in attendance at your Reception to make sure the dinner plates and food meet your head count needs. They also need to know who may have dietary restricts so that they can accommodate anyone with gluten, dairy or meat restrictions/allergies.

  • Your photographer needs to know that you may have some riffs in your family dynamic that may require separation with specific groups for family photos. The more information that you can provide to your wedding professionals, the better we can serve you.
