My Favorite Intimate Venues in the Philadelphia/Lehigh Valley Area

With all the changes to weddings recently due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have seen a shift with couples wanting to still create a beautiful and meaningful wedding day on a much smaller, more intimate scale. We have seen many couples opt to readjust their wedding plans from large scale events to intimate and upscale micro-weddings. This of course has created a need for intimate wedding venues. There are so many fantastic intimate venues throughout Southeastern PA and I wanted to share a few of my personal favorites in the Philadelphia and surrounding areas.

  1. Duportail House - Chesterbrook, PA

  2. Historic Stonebrook Farm - Perkasie, PA

  3. Townley House - Easton, PA

  4. Pomme - Radnor, PA

  5. Aaron Burr House Bed & Breakfast - New Hope, PA

  6. Knowlton Mansion - Northeast Philadelphia, PA

  7. John F. Collins Park - Center City Philadelphia, PA

  8. Duke Sculpture Garden at the Dixon Mansion - Wallingford, PA

  9. Anthony Wayne House - Paoli, PA

  10. Ash Mill Farm Bed & Breakfast - Holicong, PA

Beautiful backdrops, amazing photo opportunities, cozy and homely feel, these venues are great options to consider! If the pandemic has had you rethinking your wedding plans or you were planning on a small intimate wedding to begin with, these venues will be a great place to start.

Although most larger wedding venues in the area can also accommodate smaller sized weddings and events in smaller rooms, outdoor spaces and by getting creative with their space, sometimes planning a micro wedding in an intimate venue can really create a comfortable, relaxing and cozy feel for your guests, bringing you and your loved ones even closer.

Get creative with your wedding plans and definitely make sure to check out these beautiful venues to see if they might be a good fit for your special day. They are worth the look. ;)

Happy Planning!

Love,

Naticia
